ya , the being able to smell thing is amazing! i can smell everything for miles,,,, and smokes effing stink to me now, cant stand the smell of them or on someone near me

16 months for me so far! good luck its a bitch to stop but it is worth it! i actually quit for 15 years and started up again, STUPID!!!!!!!!! started smoking to piss off the wife and then she was gone and the smokes stayed annother 6 years 3 pack a day immediatly! , hang in there and use the patch or whatever works for you, dont be discouraged either , it too me 5 tries to get this far,,, just hang in there and keep trying..its worth it!!! good luck
