Ok, I see that it has only a USB connection. Does the software support the 7.1? Or is it that since it's actually a simulated surround sound, u dont need a sound card? I am not gonna buy a new card. AND is the WaW multiplayer in 7.1 surround?

I guess, my main concern in the simulated surround sound. I am all about having an edge when it comes to gaming. But I notice on a lot of games, when someone is behind u and moves from right to left, it's hard to hear the lateral movement.

Does the surround sound really work? or is it not worth the xtra $?

Heffalump I have the Razer Piranha, and was very pleased with the clarity in game, thoroughly recommended. comfortable up until about 2-3 hours, then only a little annoying after that. Like anytihng, you can easily overspend, and I wouldn't spend any more than what they cost me. These are the ones I'm looking at, if i don't go with a surround sound set.

Looking to get a new gaming headset. I am a fan of Razer, and found a pair that fits the blue light theme I have going for my PC setup (don't knock it, it looks sick as fuck). My main question is, do any of you guys/gals use surround sound headphones, and are they worth the $?

I was asleep in bed after a hard night out drinking. I was 24 at that time. I remember getting a call from my mother, she told me to turn on the tv. "what channel?" A really nice woman took him and about 8 other in, and as he walked into this house, he was amazed at the foyer that was all chrome and glass. He said it was amazing. He asked the woman what she did for a living. She said her husband was in the tv business, and that he was an animator. His name was Mike Judge. For those too young or too old to know, Mike Judge is the creator of Beavis and Butthead, King of the Hill, and the movie "Office Space".
