ya car wasnt inoperable. thing is reason they "put the sticker on it" and the reason for tow was expired tags... tags expired 2 days before they towed sticker was "put on" 8 days prior to them expiring

ok my car was towed about a month ago. the place that towed it said they put a sticker on it at request of the apartment complex because it was inoperable and that the inspection and registration was expired. the registration and inspection expired a couple of days prior to them towing it. they towed it apparently 10 days after putting a sticker on it. we never saw a sticker on it or any sign that there was a sticker on our car. the tow company is saying they have picture proof that there was a sticker on it and we have requested it every week since its been towed from the apartment manager that we receive a copy of the picture as advised by a cop we spoke to. both are refusing to show a picture and my wife and i do not know what to do about this. what are my options

ya fan has always ran 100% for me i like my pc loud lol i tried 725 and 750 it ran stable w/ no load as soon as i loaded up cod4 game froze

ok i got it have it set at 700 core clock and 900 memory clock...
