i agree with this law. we arent just stopping them cuz of color of their skin. but 99.9% of the time if they cant even speak english they are illegal. according to the U.S. immigration laws to be a citizen of the U.S. you must speak, write and read ENGLISH. so if they dont understand any english then they are illegal according to the us immigration laws.
