I have been hearing a lot of players wanting the music turned off... here you go !! goto C:\\Program Files\\Activision\\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare(or where ever it is installed) and rename the folder 'miles' to 'dismiles' basically all you have to do is add the 'dis' in front of the name. that should do it. not sure if it works for single player but definitely in multiplayer. The game menu music will be removed as well as the in game music(not to mention the victory/defeat music). i recommend to anyone that doesnt like the music to try it.
