Now can we get back to talking about the Custom server which is what this post was originally about, anyone know how this post got turned around? if you have anything to say about other servers can you go and make a separate post please lol, Rugger there is another new map out in Steam workshop, it's called "Almaden" says it's suitable for Push and Checkpoint but not sure it that means it is a pvp map or not.

I agree with you @@djMot BF4 is a big clusterfuck tactics wise, it wasn't meant to be like that, that's why they gave you the option to squad up in the hope that you would play a tactics based game, it is very rare to see that in BF4, that's one of the things that made me stay playing Insurgency, the fact that (i believe anyway) most players seem to want to use tactics and try to communicate more, again as for the TS thing i often use teamchat in game to speak to teammates rather than TS, i was doing it yesterday when me and Boomslang were on the opposite team to you lol but we also shouldn't lose sight of why we go in TS in the first place, it's to chat and have fun with each other.

I have played many different servers Mot and i can say that there is hardly any teamchat at all, some people still type "look out behind you" and stuff like that, in many of the servers i play usually i am the only one who is speaking, it might prompt one or two others sometimes but in the whole people generally don't talk, so i would have to disagree that Teamspeak is impeding this game, all they use in BF4 is TS and that does not seem to cause any problems in there

I never said people were moaning and groaning but i have heard people say they would like more points for their weapons on many occasions and i wouldn't want the Co-op server to go if possible because people will just go and play somewhere else, it is handy if you are on your own you can nip into a Co-op server and play by yourself but just filling a Co-op server with 8 people will not take this game forward.

Well i hear people mention it nearly everyday but we are not talking about the Co-op server ,you only need 8 people in there to fill it, we are trying to get people in the real servers, keeping a Co-op server full will not help keep this game going for XI, we need more people in the Tactical PVP and this new Custom server or i predict we will be saying bye bye to this game soon.

Well i like it as it is but i know a lot of players would like it changed, maybe we should have a vote and see if people want it or not, it's about getting people on the servers in the first place then keeping them happy or they will play elsewhere.

Thanks for the update Jay, i had not got a clue why it fucked up, i have not played for about 5 weeks so i have not touched anything, anyway it worked fine yesterday after i disabled that NPAPI thing, touch wood nothing else happens.

Eidolon is correct there are no extension packs or anything else that they want you to pay for after you have bought it, unlike many other games around at the moment Insurgency does not rip you off, it is old school where people can still make mods and maps and keep the game fresh.

It told me that NPAPI was already enabled so i disabled it (is that what you meant Johnny?) anyway i disabled it and relaunched Chrome and tried my BF4 and it fired up no problem, i already had Silverlight installed, version you posted, thanks for the help m8, i appreciate it

But as usual it's this fucking game that is the problem, it was working fine last time i played it about 5 weeks ago, then yesterday when i tried to play i get all this shit so i had to reinstall, it's as if it is punishing me for not playing for a while.

I have tried reinstalling Firefox in the past and it is no different, i have have Ad blockers working fine on Chrome but nothing works for me on Firefox, i don't know what to close down in Chrome, any ideas lol

Barron i have never had any problems with Chrome and BF4 until today, i always had problems with Firefox and BF3 that's why i started using Chrome in the first place, i already said i cannot and will not use Firefox because of all the Adware i get bombarded with, no Adware blockers seem to work for me with Firefox so i just don't use it anymore, as for trying another browser i already tried Maxthon this morning and BF4 won't work at all.

Whats this NPAPI thing anyway, i have never seen this message before?

Chrome is not knackered it's this game that is knackered i have no problems with chrome until i reinstalled the game, i cannot use Firefox it is full of adware stuff that i cannot stop so i don't use it.
