It seems to be back to normal now Rick..anyway it was for my last map i downloaded, somebody ingame said a cable was down in the Atlantic, dont know if that was what it was.

Yeah downloader is good but the new freeze tag maps aint in yet

Tried to download 1 map in cod5 1 map in paintball and 1 new map in ftag1 today and was only getting 34kbs download speed my usual speed is about 550kbs i aint running anything in the background and im at a loss to understand why, just wondered if anyone else was getting slow downloads too?

I think people are still going to the old server because some still don't know we changed over, i keep a watch out during the day and redirect as many as i can, i say keep the new server purely a selfish thing for me ie my ping rate is about 30 points lower then on the other server, i have heard certain people moan about lag on the new server but not as many as were moaning on the old server yet -

Well if you mean the medals we have on our avatars just put your mouse pointer over them and read what they say and that will give you a clue, if you mean in game medals on ultrastats just kill lots of people with various weapons!
