the grafix are rendered on the GPU, but there is much more going on in BF3 than just that. all the physics, sounds, geometry and so on, are in fact handled by the CPU. (physics can be "outsources" to some degree if u are using a dedicated "nvidia physics card/chip") frostbyte 2 engine is a really CPU demanding engine. try underclocking your CPU and see what happens to those precious FPS in BF3

you should defently check ebay.de for agp grafix cards, the used ones go pretty cheap. //Deutsch auf ebay.de gibt es eine Menge an gebrauchten, sehr günstigen AGP grafikkarten!
