cod4 freezing

k so this is what im getting when im freezing in cod4

it seems now that im getting freezing only in cod4, but not sure yet

i tried lot of things to fix this, cant seems to find the solution.

 

for info i played crysis demo highest settings, no lag, no problems, nothing.

so u notice the 'R_MarkFragments: Too many triangles to mark,...'

and the 'Com_Touchmemory : 0 msec. ...'

if i dont ctrl alt del when i get this, the game crash, sound loop,.. but no bsod, no reboot, i have to hard reboot

 

i also tried with only one stick of ram, then the other, then both, same thing.

sometimes i can play for 1hour without problem, but its very rare, sometimes i just join a server and game crash.

nvm its the card, im gona rma it,

i plugged it in my old system and it froze again.
