made an interesting discovery tonight - when running xfire the game crashes after one or two games....exit xfire and the game runs no problems with no crashes. Maybe just my set up but it works for me!

Doesn't work for me but then I didn't expect a fix to be that simple...

Meh, I found the same thing.  Game would freeze after about three games, control-alt-delete and kill the program, game would restart ok.  Doesn't happen if I turn off X-fire.

My system is AMD AM2+ phenom, AMD 770 chipset, and NVIDIA GTS250 graphics card (EVGA).  Still searching for the cause.

Funny you should mention that because I was suspecting X-fire...lagging, crashing, when it was down I didn't have any problems with BO. but just here recently it has been ok. Check and make sure your X-fire is up to date cause I think there was a problem there.
