I am probably going to solely use the SRAW. RPG will do like 27-34 dmg (1 rocket) and SRAW will do about 50-94 dmg (2-3 rockets) if you can get the strat down. When you can get all 3 to hit you can actually destroy some vehicles. I have found this extremely effective on the attack boats whom are sitting out in the open water. I'll be saving RPGs for closer quarter maps like Zavod and SRAW for larger open maps since you can do this from as far away as the other side of the map.
