Go try it yourself, get someone to not hit the counter button when you stab them from the front and you will see that you will eventually without any prompting punch the guy in the face and continue to take his tags. Anyone who says there is a counter a counter knife is clearly telling porkies in the hope that people will continue to try and stab them from the front so they can get free stabby kills. If you do reverse a reverse its because the defending player failed to counter.
