So, right now we are running Yogscast Complete. I know that there are a significant number of mods, but what I would like to know is are there other mod packs that have enough plugins in them to keep your interest? 

I ask because we picked Yogscast Complete based on reviews, but if we think that there are other more stable modpacks we could consider them as well. 

 

So, players, what are your thoughts on what modpack we run, or are you happy with Yogscast?

Here is some news that is good and bad, looks like the DNSTech pack is updated to 1.7.10, but it also looks like you can't carry over worlds to the new pack!

Thoughts on something like that? From the server perspective using 1.7.x would be a huge upgrade

There are several ups and downs to using DNS, but there are a couple other packs which are on 1.7.10 aside from DNS.

I would vote for whatever is best for the server... performance-wise.

I saw those two packs as well, it would be hard for people to completely start over. I am always up for a fresh start, if it meant the server would perform better and game play for everyone was improved.

I like the FTB Yogscast pack. It's friendly to players that are new to mods but still alot to do for a higher-upper.
