Tatsache ist aber das Warrex vorher verwarnt wurde und aufgefordert wurde seine Art und Weise die er manchmal an den Tag legt zu ändern. Dem hat er zugestimmt, und hat versprochen sich zu bessern... Keine zwei Tage nach dem persönlichen Gespräch mit Ihm kommt der nächste Vorfall... mehere Members und Nichtmembers beschweren sich vehement über ihn... Wir als Admins müssen immer über den Dingen stehen und dürfen uns nicht aus der Ruhe bringen lassen. Wir sollen eine Art Vorbildfunktion haben... Ich weiss ich war bei dem Vorfall nicht dabei aber habe einiges aus den Diskussionen darüber mit bekommen... auch das Sany deswegen den Clan verlassen will finde ich nicht schön...aber letztendlich ist es ihre Entscheidung.... so ich will mich nicht neunmalklug anhören...ich versuche hier nur ein bi Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options... Warrex was a very rude and im-mature person to several people. If you werent there that night you have no idea what went on and I may not either. I am standing with Ruggers decision and thankful he wont allow admins like that in his clan. As for the glitching part, unless and I hope this is in plain english enough so that everyone can understand this, a glitch is when ur outside the map or inside an object shootin out(example: inside a wall where u are invisible and shootin out). Hello, very simple to understand. Not everyone plays the same and they shouldnt be critized or cussed out or have the map changed on them because they dont play a certain way. As for you DV8, from what I know this person was standing up for another member because they couldnt hear the bs warrex was saying so in my opinion thats a TRUE XI MEMBER. We should stick up for each other not bad-mouth or cuss or wish they would die so everyone else could spawn again. Anyway, keep up the good work, Rugger. Rugger ist morgens wach geworden und hatte einen Haufen PMs im Postfach...alles Beschwerden... das Hauptproblem ist wirklich gewesen das es innerhalb kürzester Zeit wieder zu so einer Sache gekommen ist. Und das es wirklich ein klärendes Gespräch gegeben hatte in dem er sich entschuldigt hat und hoch und heilig versprochen hat das es nicht mehr vorkommt. auch war er in der Vergangenheit mehrfach verwarnt worden. Ihm wurden mehrere Chancen gegeben das Beste daraus zu machen. alles zusammen hat zu der Entscheidung geführt Ihn aus dem Clan zu verbannen... es geht hier auch um nichts persönliches sondern um das was das Beste für unseren Clan ist... so hoffe ich habe das meiste erwischt beim übersetzen... falls ihr noch Fragen habt haut mich einfach über Xfire an Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options... He has always been outspoken on how others play.... If he spotted someone in the Ace mod camping (this was way before he held admin tags) (and campin i mean not spawn camping(just sitting in a spot) He would ensure others new this and his remarks were not friendly. I myself have witnessed this and also grabbed screens of this. This has been how warrex plays and Im not against how he plays its how he handles how others play. I for one have gotten many xfire messages on him and he was warned prior to this latest incident. He has made it so others leave a server when he showes up and for the better of the Whole clan a decision was made to remove him from the clan. I for one stand by this decision and will continue to back Rugger on this, as he has been more than fair and is looking out for XI..... *********** And for those of you who stand behind warrex------- I understand he is your friend and that is your choice----- But he has broken not only XI rules on personnel attacks but as a admin you do not have the right to advance a server map because you do not want to sit around dead and wait for others to finish the map-------WRONG!!!!!!!!! And any of you saying I dont play on those servers----- I do, and have played while warrex has played as well as alot of those who have complained about him..... Warrex is very high strung and perhaps not the right fit when it comes to dealing with people....basically hes not a people person, however, i noticed that he ruled over the servers watching for persons cheating and glitching...and spoke up when he saw a violation, and kicked if need be. he was a bit rude, but hell this is the internet and you gotta be firm...it aint like you can enforce the rules without getting flack back.....multiple times he helped me with my knifeing skills and was looking out for the best interests of the server......i dont know what happened or what the admins talked about but i personally liked him on the servers...cuase the occasional cheat that came thru was dealt with quickly....but if the other admins saw fit for a total ban ...than i think more was going on or said..... Als normales Member. Als ich Serveradmin geworden bin war ich doch sehr verwundert was da noch so alles dahinter steht. If we have members (even admins) that want to cause trouble in game then they can choose from one of the many other hundreds of servers that are out there. Listen..the drama shit needs to stop. It's a fucking game. What Warrex did would be considered unsportsmanlike conduct that no one should have to put up with. If I play checkers with some smart ass that bitches every time I jump his chip I'm not going to want to play checkers with him. This situation's no different. I don't care who it is or what rank he/she has on the servers. If anybody comes into the servers to constantly start drama and unneeded conflict with other players, it is time for that person to go...and I do mean QUICK!! It is a shame that other members of our German part of the family don't quite understand the justification for the action taken (probably due to faults in translation), but it is clear that this was not a spur of the moment decision and very careful consideration was made before this action was taken. I'm sorry that a few of our German friends and members are leaving, or considering that option, as a result of this. I think this is just because alot of these members/visitors don't understand the rules we have in place here and don't know the complete story behind the final decision.
