Basically as long as 2 people from each team click ready, the countdown will start. No more waiting for 6 people on each team. It was implemented in the early October server side patch I had dug through and found. The ready timeout has to be 30seconds, can't be lower. The other values can be whatever you want but the one that equals the highest will always win between % and player number. 0 players disables the ready and makes the 15 second counter take effect when the first person gets in.
