Am I turning it on at the wrong time ? I thought the name of the channel implied that when I turn it on it would have CARTOONS on, maybe im just raging or maybe I have a point that some television channels have lost their direction, like try to find the weather on the weather channel, you'll have to watch a storm story first, LOL... anyway, does this make sense to anyone else?
