It's better to use frozen fruit, so you don't water it down or have to use ice.

if it has bananas ,mango's pineapples..light tropical fruits etc....in it .I cut it with orange juice and use plain yogurt.dark berries either apple juice and yogurt or sometimes ....purple or dark grape juice.

I try to go organic when I can but it can be expensive.Great for breakfast or whenever .

now go and smoothie !! :guitar:

This started as a joke ....but I do love making smoothies but the name just doesn't fit me....or my way of making them so from now on they will be referred to as Streetcoolers ...ah ha !! yup;) anyway....coolers are a great way for breakfast so.....introducing my basic recipe for a breakfast ....Streetcooler.

Berries and cream

this will make 2 medium coolers one for you and someone you care about because these are special....

or one big one and a small one for ....well....whoever..

first in the blender pour in whole milk or 2% (organic if you can)...just cover the blades then add

8 oz. lowfat/low sugar vanilla yogurt.

now depending on what fruit you want but for berries and cream I use (always use frozen fruit)

6 whole strawberries

half a cup of red raspberries

half a cup of blackberries

half a cup of concord grape juice (optional) or 1 third a cup of land o lakes fat free half and half.

one and half tsp.coconut sugar.

other variations:

peaches and cream  just use peaches 1 and a half cups...and add a little vanilla extract...just a little

blueberries and cream .....same measurement as peaches

or straight strawberries .....

blend away !!           :guitar:
