I try to go organic when I can but it can be expensive.Great for breakfast or whenever . now go and smoothie !! Gatorgirl 1

Berries and cream this will make 2 medium coolers one for you and someone you care about because these are special.... or one big one and a small one for ....well....whoever.. first in the blender pour in whole milk or 2% (organic if you can)...just cover the blades then add 8 oz. lowfat/low sugar vanilla yogurt. now depending on what fruit you want but for berries and cream I use (always use frozen fruit) 6 whole strawberries half a cup of red raspberries half a cup of blackberries half a cup of concord grape juice (optional) or 1 third a cup of land o lakes fat free half and half. one and half tsp.coconut sugar. other variations: peaches and cream just use peaches 1 and a half cups...and add a little vanilla extract...just a little blueberries and cream .....same measurement as peaches or straight strawberries ..... blend away !!
