If you go online it will say 1 amount and when you call they can go into your acount and update it to see what extra late charges & service fee'w were tacked on within the past few hours. They only have to update every 24 hours online. So if you log in and make your payment, it takes longer for them to process it. In that time interest and late fees are being tacked on. So I will say this again... it is always better to call, that way things get done faster and changes are you wont have that extra fee pissing you off, due to it not being processed in a timely mannor.
