having xfire is a good start, try adding a few people ( mine is caper1969 ) comunicating/chatting in servers is always good, lets people get a feel for you. Posting/responding to a post, that you may find interesting. We here at >XI< incorperated only have ADM'S invite someone to fill out an application.
