One thing I have on every other forum is a simple link on my homepage like: (maybe a (t) next to topics) that simply shows me all the new stuff since I've last visited. I know this is not a simple task but is something sorely missed in this forum. The sidebar is great but one can miss quite a lot of stuff if not on for a few hours.

I have been doing online realtime gaming on my Macs since 1986-87 with AirWarrior and Bolo (look them up) and 2400 then 9600 bps modems (both were 2400 baud) and eventually SL/IP. Have used a few different monikers, including CowZeDung on Unreal Tournament (original), and YACCster (Yet Another Chris C....). But because of my fast sDSL connection (for the time) I decided to tweak others with a 'fear my ping' taunt, eventually upgraded to multiple T1's, then Fiber (damn it's so much cheaper now (by about 12x)). So it might be related to my ping. It's also kind of fun to hear the assumptions of people over in the east that I'm possibly of relation, and to get the taunts of the racists who assume the same.

I have to say that I love and respect the folks that administer our servers including this website. While it would be 'nice' to have had notification obviously someone who we have entrusted with the capability of doing so felt the post needed to be relocated. I think that people who are not volunteering their time to assist the clan and yet complain about how it's being administered need to step back and think. I also find it distasteful that an admin would bring things like this up here.

So by the transitive property we can surmise that Damage likes....

They do, my bud ( who has several patents as a microsoft employee) was told he could get a new machine and he specced a MacBook Pro because it was basically an iNTEL reference platform and ran 64-bit windows on it all the time.

He's not in my time zone, good question!

Dammit, I really want to have a 'sub section' of the forum for our 'special' players. We have and have had a few Mac folks over the years: Tagg3r, Buttman etc. non members like SniperMan, NG4, Mac11, NoOne, and others I'm certain I've forgotten a few, forgive me please and chime in if you are still here..

Why not make a server specially for mac users? Because it shouldn't be needed.

Yep Windoze 1 was terrible here: Windows1.0.png and 2.0 not much better, 3.11 WFWG got it to be usable

Not 100% true but safe to say nearly 100% of game sales have to deal with some online component. About 60% of mobile game sales revenue goes through the iTunes store.
