I remember reading somewhere that this game in particular was designed with a feature that is suppose to offset the varied levels of ping so that the game play is smoother than without this feature. If that is right then what is the possibility that it is in need of a patch? This brings to mind that since Activision no longer provides support for this game then there will never be a patch forthright coming for it too. I believe we have been investigation the possibility that the problem may be hardware. You know it's very possible that the problem may be a game default. I do not know if this feature if it really exist can be turned off but if it can why don't we try it and see if it works and maybe even fix the problem? Just a thought to think about.

I see players in the CoD WaW server quite often and in the past in the Ace mod with pings that jump to 999 and never get kicked or booted. Is this another one where the admins are not all on the same page? Just asking!

You telling me the admins can kick for excessive ping? I have never heard that here at XI. I know on the CoD WaW DM sever they don't even mention it.

Okay I have been trying to play this morning and the lag has steadily gotten worse. I noticed this a couple three days ago but just thought it was on my end. Reboots of my system hasn't helped and has no bearing good or bad. This is getting so frustrating. Not to be able to play because of the lag is well to say the least very disappointing! I heard lots of discussions inn the server this morning about this problem. CI's and skipping all over the map really dampens my fun. What's funny is I have cable and yet I was at one point skipping also. I lost a knife fight with Ricko because of it and he saw it too. We were at one point facing each other swing at each other and the lag was so bad neither of us could knife the other until his finally registered. Please tell me there is something we can do about this.

Seems it's that time again. This discussion pops it's head up about every six months. The admins are human and if we booted everyone who won all the time there would be no body in the servers. I am a staunch hater of cheating but scores is only a part of figuring it out. Once I posted a video and had the offender dead to rites and was told it wasn't good enough. Since then tho I do not video record anyone. Just saying if we do the work and it gets thrown back in our face don't expect our help with videos anymore. I will still contact an admin but have stopped video recording! There are other ways to do this where there isn't an arguement about right or wrong. I let the admins do the work and bring justice to the servers. Just my few cents worth!

This morning I noticed a whole bunch of little things happening on the DM server and the spike lags was one of them. They seem to make it where the high ping players just run through the rest of us and I can't knife worth beans, I took a screen shot wheich I have added so you can see I am not imagining!You can see the unusually high pings even for the euro players! Just thought you'd like to know. It felt like it did before all the patches were added!

Okay so you have a couple new pets.... Well I woke up a couple days ago and found this sitting in MY CHAIR! I thought WTF???

For years I have had sever swelling in my legs and could hardly find shoes that fit me to be able to go anywhere. About 9 months ago, because my skin is terrible dry and has always been that way, I scratched my right leg. I didn't think too much about it at first then it begin to spread and get worse and worse. Back then I didn't have any medical and little prospect for that to happen til October of 2013! Friends and family told me several times I should go get it looked at but I couldn't afford the co-pay every 3rd day I went in. Finally medicare kicked in and I was covered to a point.The Dr's office told me they would discount me but O had to pay the co-pay amount. I am supporting 3 people here and up til now with no food card to help out. When I finally got to see the Dr I was put on a rigorous program to get my high blood pressure under control as that was what was causing the problem. That took about two weeks then they referred me to the local "wound center" Just blocks from my house. Sounds good huh? Well I can't walks even one block so that was not and easy thing to accomplish. I have a friend who from the depth of her heart is pure gold and she stepped forward and promised me she would help me as long as she could. The treatments went well then as my life sucks at times my friend wasn't available to take me to the center. This happened twice and I suffered sever set backs both times. Finally they decided because of this being my history that I should qualify for in home care. This is simple a temporary program to help people like me to get the critical care they need. That's when things kicked into high gear with my recovery. Today my nurse told me as of today my wound was filled in and within two weeks I wouldn't need her anymore. My problem is I do not know if my friend has the ability to help me anymore as her vehicle was totalled and she has no ride anymore. I have tried to contact her and have been working on getting qualified in a local community transit program for people just like me who can't walk to the closest bus stop but they will come pick me up and take me to my appointments. I am not diabetic but I do have what is known as venous ulcers and they are quite painful and can cause you to loose your leg without proper care. I live on the second story of a three story condo complex. We have no elevators or I could simple get a electric powered wheel chair and go that way. With no way to get up and down the stairs that is simply out of the question. Today I am quite anxious about not knowing what to do nor what will happen. I will cal the community service today and see if they have any information on my application and it's process. I am hoping and praying that this will work itself out but only God knows what will happen. The reason I am writing this is not for sympathy but to inform you in case there are any reading this that you make sure this kind of thing does not happen to you. I would love to hear your stories of victory and healing. I need to remember that this too will pass. If I can just get over this hump and finish this present process I will have a whole lot more freedom and won't be tied to my Dr all the time. Oh how I miss that freedom. I will continue to play in the servers and do my best to remain pleasant but if I have a bad day PLEASE forgive me! See you in the servers!

After the maintenance done earlier today I tried to use the XLR Stats just to see if it had been fixed. Well when I logged in to it it goes to a down load page. Does this mean we download it ourselves to use it or what? Just curious!

Funniest thing I have ever done on this server was throw the damned knife then thought I missed and charged the victim and stabbed him then the fricking knife I threw caught me and stabbed me in the back! lol! I do this alot now lol!

Giggles I believe you are saying that by not playing his maps the players are voicing their opinion and having said that get them the hell out of here!!
