Okay when this pop up shows it's ugly head, and it will, always select no as it will screw your preselected gaming options like graphics and even sound. It resets them all back to the lowest ones in the game. This other problem is probably to do with the settings in your pc sound. You may need to turn the volume levels up or maybe even reset your default sound device such as a headset or a speaker system you use out side of game and never reset it back to your headset. Both of these are as common as anything there is with these games!

I was told my video just wasn't good enough yet there was a debate among the admins about it and was told in the end that because the sound wasn't the best that it wasn't usable. The one I presented in fact didn't need sound to see the obvious cheating! Just food for thought of how we feel when the vids we take are discarded yet shows the obvious offense! I find it very tough to even want to video ever again! Maybe with some time and effort I may do it again but right now I don't think so! I do in fact respect the head admin that told me this about my video! Yet was very hurt by this response! So yes I know how you feel my friend!

I entered the game and immediately cut him which was toward the very last of the map. He in turn immediately left the game. I suppose that caused him to understand his hack wasn't really all that! I thought that was interesting in light of what I heard about him from the other players on the following map. Just food for thought. Oh @@Sammy the console is turned off on the WaW servers so that command is useless there. You have to use another outside program such as Xfire or something else to record things there.

@@Labob this is exactly what I am saying tho ping is one of the clues to finding the solution. This morning one of those two players had one good map then sucked after that! Who knows what the real problem is!

Hemps you just made my whole point valid! I guess some just accept the fact we get our asses kicked at home and never question why, but then again I guess we are suppose to be like sheep! Just go with the flow inspite of knowing something is amiss. I don't blame the Euro and world players but have an idea they do know what the problem is but "MUM" is the word!

Even after we changed the fps to where everyone is even the 2 highest pings were DOMINATING this map. What troubles me is this has been going on for as long as I have been playing here on the DM server. When we go to the international server we lag out horribly but when they come here they dominate! Are we American Gamers really that out classed or what is happening that we can't even compete? Just thoughts I have had for years. Something has to be causing this and when the server host doesn't seem interested in correcting the problem then it is compounded. I have to say when there is more than just a couple high ping players I have a real hard time playing. If there is mostly low ping players I can and sometimes do rock! Right now I feel like I am the deer in the headlights and was blind sided with a Russian truck! I am very confused!

Guys Lastcoldbeer is saying this happened after a cold reboot. Not when he is logging onto the before rebooting. Beer I had this happen twice this week. Usually when you cold boot the game connection is closed but this week it was still connected twice. I can't even understand how that can happen.

that remains to be seen! If this works for me maybe we can advise others to do this!

@@Labob I found it and changed my fps to 0 and it made a world of difference! I also turned my lagmeter on so I can monitor that while in game! So far I been showing all green and the high pings haven't bothered me much so far. Only time will tell!

Okay I just googled this and found good info but now I cannot find my appdata file in my users file. Can you give me the map location in Windows 7? It isn't there with the map location they give me.

I like it too and I do not want to stop them from playing but my point is somewhere in this info is the solution to stopping this ci or lag or whatever it is that is happening. I believe these things are clues to the real cause or causes!

Labob notice the amont of high pings vs standard pings. The map befor I took this screen shot I won rather handily wna there was only 4 players with pings under 100! It seems we all know and understand that is the culprit but where is it being screwed up is the question! You would think the server owners would want this problem cleared up or it could have a very negative impact on their business! Just saying!
