Cheap solution to this error -worked for loads of people. If you have a headset plugged in, unplug your speakers... Don't know why it works but it does...

Always been known as Lanky as a shortening of my surname, this was changed in the mid eighties to Herman Munster as I'm 6 foot 4 and back then I had a flat top haircut a la Dolph Lundgren in Rocky IV (Hence the profile pic) which in turn became Lunkster... Stuck with me til this day!
