Last time, Oddball>XI< was able to come out and see me play and I'm hoping to get some more idiots to come and watch. This show will be at Bunker's in Minneapolis. I say this with the hope that someday I can remember my own words. Which may be sooner than later. OK! Let your insurance company know that you are calling the Minnesota Insurance Commisioner. Make the call and explain what is going on. The Insurance Commisioner has been coming down hard on Insurance Companies that have been doing this shit. JUST FUCKING PISSES ME OFF!! I assume you have a Mortgage on the property. If your property is not insured the Mortgage Company is usually informed soon after as they are listed as loss payee on your insurance. Most likely they will escrow your insurance payment and your monthly payment will go up. Down fall to this is they usually choose the insurance company and the premium may be higher. Best bet is to start searching for a new insurance company Now! There are some grants out there through Minnesota Housing Fund and others. You may qualify for a loan to fix your basement. These loans are a no payment loan and go away after seven (+/-) years. If you sell or refinance within tose yaers you would be obligated to repay the loan back. This is usually pro-rated so the longer you have the loan the less monies you would have to repay. I will get on the horn tomorrow and find out more details. Ear Infection This is so true! They always ask at the doctor's office why you are there, and you have to answer in front of others what's wrong and sometimes it is embarrassing. There's nothing worse than a Doctor's Receptionist who insists you tell her what is wrong with you in a room full of other patients. I know most of us have experienced this, and I love the way this old guy handled it. A 65-year-old man walked into a crowded waiting room and approached the desk. The Receptionist said, 'Yes sir, what are you seeing the Doctor for today?' 'There's something wrong with my dick', he replied. The receptionist became irritated and said, 'You shouldn't come into a crowded waiting room and say things like that. ' 'Why not, you asked me what was wrong and I told you,' he said. The Receptionist replied; 'Now you've caused some embarrassment in this room full of people. You should have said there is something wrong with your ear or something, and discussed the problem further with the Doctor in private.'
