Those who having problem with punkbuster kick issue...try below 1) first thing I would say... Turn off 3rd party firewall or anti-Virus.. ( Or Uninstall it till u fix the problem ) ..go in the game and try to play....see if u can play.. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2) Run program called PBSVC... Download from google or try this links http://www.evenbalance.com/index.php?page=pbsvcfaq.php or http://www.mediafire.com/?8turr5vh6acm41r reinstall all your punkbuster files or Uninstall all the files and reinstall them through pbsetup http://www.evenbalance.com/index.php?page=dl-bf3.php ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3) then try this ..This worked for Rockape... Go into appdata- local-BF3-pb-locate "PnkBstrK.sys" and right click on this and change it to read only and click apply. Then launch BF3 game. When the game has loaded you must then go back and remove the read only from this file. its worked form me so far but Im pissed off im having to do this to play. --------------------------------------------------------------- 4) If that doesnt work, try this ( This worked for Kilo ) then Alt+CTRL+Del > Processes>> Show Processes for ALL USERS >> Select Punkbuster A And Punkbuster B >> Right click on them >> Seleck Priority> Set them Normal or High see if this helps... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 5) if that doesnt work, try this.. Delete everything on both : C:\Users\YourUSername\AppData\Local\PunkBuster and from the pb folder inside the directory of battlefield3. run pbsvc.exe that is inside your bf3 directory and unistall PB, and after reinstall. WIMMPYIII Can you post more about your system Windows version Are you running Percision and if so what do you have the fan scaling set to? Have you run FurMark to see what your temps get up to? Have you renamed your BF3 settings folder to "settings old" since your new card and drivers were installed? (C:\Users\J&K NELSON\Documents\Battlefield 3\settings) Is your CPU overclocked? Jump on TS sometime and id be happy to walk you through getting it fixed. +1 can you put your rig here? all your computer parts? I feel its MSI card not made for t hat mobo...have you checked the compatibility list ?

Server R18 had a crashbug in it. We have resolved it, and will soon send out server R19 to the RSPs. A few RSPs will be trialling the server during this evening/morning. The new server update will begin rollout with all RSPs during Tuesday if no gotchas are found. Changelog Fixed the most common server crash. The story behind this one is fairly convoluted: When a player begins the process of joining a server, the server will begin buffering some kinds of information in anticipation of the player completing the loading & joining phase. However, players sometimes get stuck in the loading screen. This makes the server buffer more and more info for that player. A side effect of this is a temporary resource leak in the game server. The leak is immediately restored if the server changes map, or the player completes loading, or the player shuts down the game client. However if a player manages to remain stuck for 30+ minutes in loading on a server with lots of activity and the server doesn’t end the round, then the server could run out of the particular resource – it would then crash. The new server version will forcibly disconnect clients which are threatening to exhaust that particular resource. With this change in place, we do not know of anything that would make high-ticket servers less stable than normal-ticket servers. Long banlists will not crash the server. The banlist supports up to 10.000 entries now. This limit can be raised in the future. The banList.list command has been modified to return at most 100 entries at a time (similar to how BC2 PC’s banList.list command works). Any administrative tools will need to be updated to be able to see more than the first 100 entries. Corrections to the banlist documentation.

BigGoliath1 I was there and victim of a few of those headshots. You weren't using a tripod or a scope with any X to range on it. You were using the Holo scope. Map was Seine Crossing. Headshots on the run, not in some corridor, from 100m-300m. The kills were if hit from a sniper rifle. Instant death. Not hit, hit, hit, dead. Just 1 bullet instant death. FYI: Changing your Origin name doesn't help. You have an ID# that doesn't change associated with your account. that s what we have been trying to say that he was hacking ...but its too late ..he got unbanned ..I guess some ppl are smarter than us deciding who is hacking or not and take the issue to another level...

We are unbanning you ...IF You find hard time joining server..please let us know and sorry about the earlier decision...

ADMINS decided not to lift the ban ... Reason: It is impossible to have headshot with M27 IAR ...even point blank... We tested in our server ...and you were headshoting everyone with M27 IAR ..thanks for stopping by XI appeal forums...

i feel ppl would stop hacking as soon as they see ADM tag? plus admin wont be able to stay with [XI] squad anytime server changes map...they will shuffle up in both teams..bcz their tag is different than XI I will change like Xray said ...
