It's ok if you just collect weapons. But get ready to kill somebody with it, it's idiot and absurd. Apparently there are several persons here who need it for protection. The civilians shouldn't have to make that. Question history, we are an old nation, with war and poverty since many years. We took weapons to fight our freedom. In every battle' end, we did not remain in this warrior logic and in this fear of the other one. We had to turn out our weapons. Now the fights are not any more made by the "little" weapons, the war is economic and political. Effectively you are most powerfull of the world, you have an image of freedom and possible rich. But it is as well unbearable as you convey this image of vice and reactionnary stupid state show.

What it's strange, it is to accept that your government do nothing about this mess. If the civilians feel the need to defend himself, the state missed in his duty. You should not find that normal to have to a weapon to protect you, that's all. Even if your amemdement allowed it to you. Be careful guys, you represent the most powerful country in the world, you have to be a model, not a no-man's-land.

On the contrary, I find it much easier to live with guns in my house knowing that there are many criminals out there with weapons, and if one of them decides to enter my home uninvited and with the intention of harming my family, I can blow his fucking head off to protect my family. I don't call that living in fear, I call it insurance with peace of mind. People who break into homes knowing that somebody is there only do so with the assumption they aren't armed. In this case, they probably knew the parents were gone and didn't think a 14 year old boy was a problem. Fortunately for those kids, the intruder was wrong. That boy might need a lifetime of therapy to deal with the taking of a human life at such a young age, but I'm sure he would rather be in therapy than dead, or forced to live with one of his siblings being killed. Something does not turn good if the civil have to protect themselves against badguy. Maybe society need to be change.

Come on Pete. It is hardly a "necessity" in the U.S. Certainly there are some headaches that come with the great liberties American citizens enjoy, but the fact is that the vast majority of Americans go through life never having a "need" for a firearm. And I will gladly accept the risks associated with my liberty, it's worth it. I don't understand. What is you liberties? What is your risks associated?

Problem is they're just playing for money not for their country, it's an honor to represent France at this level but they don't care, they just want their money. If they went in quarter-final, they got a prime of 100000€ more than their salary. +50000€ in semi-final. +70000€ in final. And finally +100000€ if they were successful the final. How can they play with honor for their country if they're received so much money. I'm a little bit disgusted about that but money rules the world in football (and in many others business..)
