one of the things that I often forget to do is to run some benchmarks when things are going well or when I move to a new location so I can have an idea of how bad things are when they aren't going right. do a ping to the server and a tracert at your command line and see where the hops largest. Good IP connection? Directvnow or some other ip provider is my advice. We use that, hulu, netflix and no antenna or 'cable'.

@ausimatador Couple of things 1) There are two sides to the disc, the label side (top) has a shiny under surface that if scratched can let the reading laser through and needs to be re-done/painted to be fixed, so that is another possibility. 2) Do you have a STEAM ID? If not, can you set one up and install STEAM? http://steampowered.com
