Ok I have heard back from the guy that made this map, he no longer maps and he may not have the files anymore, but he said he would look to see if he still had them, if he does he will send me all the files for it so I can fix it. He was quite pleased to hear that people were still playing his map, and he felt forgotten was one of his best one's! So if I hear back from him again then I will have the files to fix it! Boom

my guess would be an improper amount of spawn entities/to many or wrong type a common error with some mappers, example would be this: for TDM you have TDM spawns & TDM spawn starts spawn starts are what the game uses when you do what? START the game, TDM spawns is what it will use when you respawn but will still use spawn starts as well if there are more people spawning than just you. A lot of mappers do it backwards or double what they need (18 spawns & 18 spawn starts) because it is not one of those things that the industry let us know about and none of the tuts out there mention it I don't think.... and it doesn't happen all the time, just every once in awhile...when I'd say to many people are in the map and it freaks out and says BYE BYE.
