yeah you are right, "I THINK" the things with most maps are that are full of stuff, the mapper is clipping it but is allowing it to protrude past where it needs to be. Any of the clips you cannot see while in game and some times even I get stuck on a wall or a corner of a wall, a doorway or a window even. It is hard to say why you get stuck in a spot where it seems like you should not, you can't see the clips if any or a caulk brush that was never textured <--- it becomes clear and you can see right through it.
