  1. The title says it all - Happy Birthday buddy. Hope you have a good day. Rob / The Duck ps - I won't tell them how old you really are.
  2. Happy birthday Johhny. See you for breakfast. Rob / The Duck
  3. You're showing your age Gorilla. And yes. I do remember them.
  4. This game ABSOLUTELY ROCKS. True to the original three versions (fast & furious FPS play) and the graphics are arguably the most photo-realistic (new serious 3.5 engine) I have ever seen. The (up to) 8 player on-line co-op is absolutely INSANE. For those of you not familiar with the serious sam series, you should youtube the walkthroughs to check it out. Also, I have copies of sam one and two that I can upload to anyone that wants them on x-fire. There are still plenty of servers out there for both the DM and co-op but the game on the disc is where the fun is. Both of these games are well worth your time to play - ask ANYONE who has ever played them. Non-stop monster killing, great story-line, very good graphics (even by today's standards), kick-ass soundtrack, and funny-as-hell one-liners from sam as he's playing the game. Anyway, if you want either of the original versions, just x-fire me. X-fire user name: alphaloc1 Rob / The Duck ps - These are not hacked versions of the game. The original two versions didn't require activation codes.
  5. Y'know - this is why I don't post very much. I try to help some people out and all comments come back negative. I personally have no interest in getting BF3 but since my deal with this guy went well I thought I would pass this along. These are hard copies of the game he bought with a bestbuy gift card he received as a birthday present. He bought the games to turn the gift card into cash. Thought I'd let that be known just to assay all the "stolen" comments. Not to worry - won't happen again. Rob / The Duck ps - Skunk - Only an "idiot" would pay $60.00 for a game he could buy for $40.00. This post was about US dollars - not euro. Greywolf - Have a little faith. I am a member of this clan would not even have offered this if it was shady.
  6. Okay guys, For anyone interested - I know a guy selling 4 copies of BF3 for 40.00 each. PM me if you want his info. I have nothing to do with this other than relaying his info. I bought RAGE off of him and everything went fine and two pple on overclock bought BF3 keys off of him and reported all was well. Just passing this along. Rob / The Duck
  7. I smoked for 17 years Union. Like you, I also quit for my kids. I didn't have the willpower to force myself to go outside the house to smoke (sitting at the computer without a cigarette literately killed me). Hardest damn thing I ever did. But - last month made 5 years without a cig for me. Hang in there and remind yourself often of the reason(s) you're quitting. You'll make it bro. Aflac / Rob
  8. I like the way you think Harry. I love that server just the way it is.
  9. Seems to me I played COD 5 with you a couple of weeks ago. Welcome to the forums. Just out of curiosity and no other reason - what part of MO. I live about 100 miles west of STL.
  10. There is nothing wrong with the larger maps but they suck with two or three people in them. As I tend to play for only an hour or so at a time, I favor the smaller maps to get my blood pumping. Like to get my fix and get out so to speak.
  11. Check this out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wsSA_kCt5lg
  12. My 1st bike was a yamaha 750. All the power anyone would need and the size would be about right for you I believe. My son was 13 when this picture was taken. You should definately shop around before buying - I did and got this bike for less than $2000.00. Good luck with your shopping and PLEASE be damn carefull learning to ride.
  13. Happy B-day Numby. Hope you have a great day you old bugger.
  14. Due to health issues, my parents ended up having to move in with my family. They used to live in Arlington, TX (Dallas area) and were relocating to eastern Missouri. Yesterday, my friend PAPERMAN showed up at my parent's house and helped me load up the u-haul. It was just he and I unloading the house and loading the truck. Keep in mind this is in 100+ degree heat. When it was said and done, the man would not take a penny from me for either his time or effort. What he did goes way beyond any "internet" friendship. I just wanted everyone on these forums to know what a great guy he really is and that I'm very thankful to call him my friend. Paul - Thank you again bro. Rob / Aflac
