Best thing to do is plug both drives in. Boot off your CD clone the correct drive to Source to Destination then remove the old drive and you should be able to boot of the new drives with the old OS on it.

Clonezilla will help you do that. If that does not work I can get you a copy of Acronis. http://clonezilla.org/downloads.php

They can move back and forth through that life again to the moment of death. My imagination cant make shit like that up. It has been freaking me out a bit thinking about this.. like NO WAY kind of feeling but it is helping understand why everything is going to change and it makes it much more easy to accept.
