Cavey Hi Hxtr, You need to be a bit more specific. Are you after a finance system? The web method actually would be the easiest. You want to do a google search of say,"Finance, php and MySQL." I did a very quick search and found this: http://www.onlineinvoicesystem.com/download.php You can find plenty of free ones. I could talk you through a recommended host at about $6/month, and would be able to install it for you, showing you how to do it. When it comes to the finance part, I'm no help at all, so you I could leave you to that part, to set up the parameters, etc. Do a search and as long as it is for php and MySQL, hit me up. I need help with a problem. I'm pretty computer diverse but cant know everything. I have an issue. How is the best way to invoice, make it easy for input, and track company projects? Please no SQL or Orical or other big hardware hog shit. I know quick books is good but is it? Is another program better, a custom MS Access database (hate how you have to change when it upgrades and stuff), or a web site so we can access from anywhere and data will be synchronized? Love the website idea but would need someone to set up for a fee of course and help maintain. I know a few that can do it.. but what is the price? Any help would be appreciated. We are in need to track and invoice. Paper sucks...... not paperman just paper tracking lol you know what I mean or you dont. Thanks...... hxtr
