So glad it's working for ya, Johnny. I'm so glad I started vaping. It does leave a smell in my house but it's a very pleasant one. My kids love the smell. Since Bama and I use espresso, cappucino and other coffee flavors, our house has a sweet aroma. I'm mixing my own juice sometimes too. For the people that can quit cold turkey....... way to go!!! If I could have, I would have done the same. I tried every method of quitting and nothing worked for me. I quit cold turkey for a little while and craved like crazy. I knew that if something didn't change, I would go back to smoking. I started researching the e-cigs and decided to give it a try.

Johnson Creek is excellent! I have not found anyone else that compares to them really. They are so professional and they have excellent customer service. They're a little pricier than most places but it's well worth it.

I started out with low strength but ended up vaping 24 mg consistently. Bama uses 36 mg. As with anything, the more you use, the more you want. As a result, I taper the strengths down sometimes. I have found that a good burning atomizer/clearomizer allows me to use lower strengths to get my fix. Since Bama dips Skoal, he required a higher level of nicotine to satisfy him. I used to smoke Marlboro Ultra Lights so my needs were lower in the beginning. Nothing makes me happier than the Espresso flavor 24 mg from Johnson Creek.

This is what Bama and I both use. I like the clearomizers so much better. The carts that have the stuffing in them tastes weird sometimes as whatever it's made of sometimes burns a little. When that happens, it tastes like burned plastic. Nasty! Oh boy. My list is very long. I'll just name a few. I'm thankful for my wonderful husband. Why he chose me, I'll never understand. After 23 years, we still like each other......ALOT and we're still on the honeymoon. I'm thankful for our two fabulous daughters. They've taught me far more than I'll ever teach them and I can't believe that God chose me to be their mother. I'm thankful for my little dog, Gracie. She's my constant companion and has become like my child. I'm thankful for my awesome dysfunctional extended family. I have so much fun with them! I'm thankful that our pantry and fridge are full and there's money in the bank. I'm thankful for my bed. It's fabulous! I love to spend lots of time there. Sleeping is my favorite hobby. Lots of people don't have one so I'm always thanking God for mine. I'm thankful that though there are health issues in our family, everyone is still thriving. I'm thankful that my daughter has beaten the odds. Though we may not have as much as some people, we have things that money can't buy. I'm thankful that you people put up with me! lol More than anything else, I am so incredibly thankful that God Almighty loves me when I'm unlovable. I'm thankful that HE saw fit to save me and continues to grant me forgiveness each day as I'm a total screw up. I'm thankful for the joy in my heart and the peace that passes all understanding. I am so blessed!!

Ha ha ha ha!! There's no deal out there that's worth going to Black Friday sales for me. I'd probably end up in jail. I hate shopping and I especially hate rude people. I do all of my shopping online. I can get most of the deals online usually. Beats the heck out of waiting in line and fighting people.

Yes, it is just one habit for the other. If I didn't have the e-cigs, I probably would have gone back to smoking. These are far less dangerous. I have done enough damage to my body already. And......I really love the e-cigs.
