i figured it out. Cod5 is limited to a max fov of 80, not sure if thats horizontal or vertical tho. i set it higher in config but too high the game didnt adjust and kept it at 65 which i am not use to with my sens.

i have it through steam and have that option. just make sure you single left click the game first so select it then right click and go to properties. Also this happens to me too and plenty of others.

Does anyone else when playing CoD have trouble tracking targets or snapping to them where the crosshair seems to jump around and/or overshoot? I have changed mouse dpi, sens, mousepads and even mice yet still there. Mouse acceleration is off but i dont know what is happening. Constantly having to correct my aim and missing easy shots due to it.

yeah this afternoon was bad for me. Aiming at people not even moving and 5 shots wouldnt even hit them then eventually one would register.

my ping is always in 40s- 50s unless everyone is getting CIs. All drivers and such updated and settings what they "should be"

So when playing CoD WaW either freezetag server or DM many times i click and a shot is fired yet nothing seems to hit even if target is close and not moving. Is that just the game, my gun, or actual mouse somehow. I have tried different mice and some work better but i just cant get comfortable with those mice.

i think in the multiplayer settings there is an option to add tags but have to add them each time you play unless you make an account with them on from the start. most people play around 7:30pm est with a few in the afternoon

I know many make fun of windows 11 or have issues with it. I have only experienced a few bugs. What is yalls favorite version of windows 10 and think is the most stable version so far?

Is there a config file setting for mouse sensitivity so i can fine tune my aim more? In game its so jumpy when using the slider.

Hello y'all. Today i finally got my hard copies for my orders of my next step in the Navy. I will be leaving Norfolk, VA March 30th and heading to Lemoore, CA for some Jet Squadron fun. With being in Pacific Time zone and probably different work hours, I don't know how much i will be able to play when i get there.

AMD GPUs are very hit and miss. 5700 is about the same as a GTX 2070 to be honest. The best route for AMD is a rx6700xt for the price to performance value. I think the 3070ti is a little bottle necking to the CPU but i could be wrong. And with new games today 16gb barely gets by anymore sadly so safe to get 32gb instead.

I am on Windows 11 with all the updates and have tested on windows 10. PC Specs: CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x GPU: Asus Strix RTX 2070. Had others in past and same issue RAM: 32gb 3200mhz PNY 2 SSDs and 1 M.2 drive
