A couple of weeks ago I was at Walmart and the shelves were full of baby formula, so I guess Florida didn't run out. But that being said, I do actually stock up on cans of whatever is on sale. If it goes on sale for under a dollar a can I buy it. Veggies, Fruit, Soup, canned meat, whatever. I just stack it up on a shelf in a cool dry space and sort it by expiration date. I really don't think there will be a food shortage, but never hurts to kinda be ready. I heard that Mormons stock up enough for 6 months and I don't want to be outlived by those guys.
I also live 7 miles from a Naval station that would be hit in a first strike so pretty sure we wouldn't last too long after that.
