Wetshoelace i was the Admin that banned you. 1- i asked you to stop scrolling and you did not reply i then typed it, still no reply. i kicked you to get your attention. you come back in and did not not ask any questions. 2- i asked you again to stop scrolling still no reply. so i kicked you again you returned and still no communication i then banned you, i have several videos that show you firing at shall we say a very fast rate. the rate is not custom with DM2 and looks very suspect! i would of been happy to discuss with you but there was a lack of communication on your part. if you say you were not scrolling i will give you the benefit. although this is not written in our rules we try to maintain a acceptable shooting method. your fire rate (for that rifle) was way quicker than i normally see in the game and you would not interact with me. may be good to read our rules. We also do not tolerate cheating or disrespect by members or guests, and insist on good sportsmanship. Violations can lead to permanent bans. We play for fun, we play with honour, and we strive to treat each other with respect and consideration. No one, member or guest, is above our Code. please communicate with an admin when they approach you in the future. i will lift your ban, it may take 24 hours before you can play

Covid, there in no point in reposting i posted the outcome in your first ban appeal. its time to move on

Hi Covid, i am the Admin that banned you. this was due to a new observation put on your file regards to your game play. looking at your record you have been banned 3 times, 2 warnings, 1 kick and an observation. you have been back playing and its starts again with an observation re you knowing where players are. you have disrupted game play under different names (you admitted in a message to an admin you changed your details to get back in so you could play.) you openly admitted someone in your household was cheating under you name your were told on each ban it was your last chance but given 3 chances. you have been back for a few weeks and the same pattern is unfolding. the evidance is plain to see. I feel its in XI's and your best interest that we part company The ban stands

Happy thanks giving to everyone over the pond. i hope you are all having a lovey time with your loved ones, families, friends and enjoying the festivities. its not been the best of times over the last 18 months but things are looking better and i like to think XI has helped us all in one way or another. S-04 you are not on a permanent ban. The ban is a temp week ban The ban is due to you continually verbally attacking a player accusing him of hacking, wall hacking etc until the player left. I have seen screen shots of you insulting another player. your past record to date shows several observations, kicks, warnings and even a temp ban for the exact things we are talking about as well as others. your attitude towards other players needs to change! you will not be allowed to drive other players away. the temp ban stands until 09/29/21 7.26pm on your return please abide our rules below 3.1 - The Code of Conduct XI is an adult clan with no prohibitions on use of language except for two primary rules: no racist remarks, and no personal attacks. A player may be upset over being continually killed by another and call him some profane name - that may be overlooked as something said in the heat of the game. But if he then continues to do so in a harassing manner, it is a personal attack and he should be warned. If the behaviour continues, kick him; if it continues, ban him.
