This vote is kind of senseless. I think the admins (depending on their mood LOL) give you 3 warnings then a kick, then a temp ban and then a perm ban. I am pretty sure one of the rules spammed in all XI servers is no racism will be tolerated and it will be an automatic perm ban. They took the word you said as a racist word (even though it is really not) because it comes out of a true racist word. How many threads are you gonna start? LOL

It is common to say that word in my area of the world as well. I personally do not have any issues with it. I have never said it but I hear it all the time. My son and his best friend who is black say it to each other all the time. Unfortunately some peeps take offense to it. Is probably why you were banned. We live in a world of pussies now. Everyone gets offended easily and that is why there are so many fucking safe places LOL It is hard for some of us that have different opinions than those pussies that sometimes some peeps give in rather than fight against them. As a handful of XI members who know me know I will say what I want, to whom I want, when ever I want. I have never been afraid to voice my opinion.
