Its always funny to me how i always hear about my fellow Canadian complaining about the wait times to get treatment when you go to the ER. ER is a worst case first scenario in Canada. If a guy with a broken finger has been waiting in the waiting room for 2 hours and suddenly a heart patient comes in, well guess what the guy with the finger is going to be waiting a while yet. Is that a bad thing? I think not, thats why our government employs triage nurse to assess these cases. We as Canadians know it works this way. But here is another way to look at a wait time... If you have a broken finger and had to wait 4 hours to get in and out of a hospital here in Canada is it really that bad? The cost of that doc to see you plus the cost of the bed youre sitting on plus the cost of all the supplies needed to cast or splint that finger all add up to im guessing between $500 to $1000 well divide that by the 4 hours you waited for that and tell me what you like better. Pay out of pocket and get out of the hospital quicker or let our tax system pay for it and have a 4 hour wait for it. Well im not a rich guy so i would much rather wait 4 hours. Is it inconvenient to wait 4 hours? Yes it sure is but its also inconvenient to break a finger because shit happens

Ive seen this exact thing happen that i cleaned off a friends computer. Boot back into the computer in safe mode with networking and download a small program called RKILL.once downloaded, run it and it will shut down anything that is running on your system in safe mode that isnt windows based. Then runs your antivirus and a spyware program like malwarebytes or superantispyware and it will get rid of your issue. I guarantee it. RKILL is awesome. A half hour and the job was complete.

I agree that if such a scenario played out as displayed in the video, look the hell out. There are more armed citizens willing to protect (let say North America) the country they believe in that the government couldnt/wouldnt stand a chance. But a new world order? Then usually if that cosmedic procedure is cheaper in the USA, then yes travelling we will go. But if it wasnt a cosmedic procedure and covered by our health system i see no reason why a Canadian would travel to the USA for healthcare. Then I guess heart surgery is considered "costmetic" and Newfoundland premier Danny Williams wanted it done by the best in the US. Correct, but i also said that Canadians would jump the border for procedures if not offered in Canada and with Premier Danny Williams, such was the case if i recall. But none the less, living on a Government salary raises his options to get done what he needs where he needs it..

The biggest problem that our government would have implementing martial law is the same problem other governments had to consider if they ever thought about invading us. There may be a couple million military and police on US soil but there are also over 200 million privately owned firearms in this country. Keeping US citizens under martial law would be nearly impossible and result in a collapse of the government, and probably another civil war. Our founding fathers gave us the right bear arms in part to protect from things like martial law. It's an excellen deterrent. That video is what guys like Timothy McVeigh probably watched before he blew up the Murrah building in Oklahoma City and killed all of those people. Yes, born and raised in Canada to American parents. I am also a legal American Citizen and used to reside in the USA with all my American citizenship paperwork and exercise all my Canadian and American rights as such. So yes I do mean "we the people"
