Westjet is amazing< ive floan Westjet numerous times and will always try flying them first and foremost over any other airline.. They are one of the biggest leading companies in Canada that treat there employees like co-owners instead of just another numbered employee and have a long list of people wanting and waiting to work for them. Actually ive heard all Westjet employees are made co-owners of Westjet when hired. Dont know how that works but koodos to the Westjet. They are also the most profitable airline in the world. You know, they are one of them companies that dont need our governments to hand them bail out packages of our tax dollars to keep them a float........cough......AIR CANADA........cough

I am American, born Canadian. Therefore i fly both flags at my house. I have a lot of pride for both countries. It will be a cold day in hell that i would ever take my flags for the sake of anyone but myself. They would have to burn my house down to get them down.

I agree with you 100% other than the fact that you think im missing the point. I understand the illegal protest, permit required. BUT if you watch from 1:45 to 2 minutes in the video he is giving him hell for DISPLAYING THE FLAG and I dont think that both sides are in the wrong. They are not enticing one another. The second a police officer tells me i CANNOT display my country flag, that my friend is a game changer. I WOULD REBEL, BECOME BELLIGERANT, and SITE MY RIGHTS AND FREEDOM for the sake of MY country a well.. The officers i believe in this case enticed the citizens to anger and forced them to defend there rights and freedoms.. I think you and most other Americans would do the same if told you could display your flag.

Yea, I believe that is the case here in Canada as well for protests. But the flag should never be a part of that permit. Any human being should have the right and freedom to fly the flag of the country the live in without any legal red tape whenever or wherever they so choose.

So what you're saying is you have to take out a permit to wave the American flag on American soil? I understand they had other signs to but the American flag was specifically stated in the video. That is ludicrous...

Since when is it illegal to wave the American flag in the USA? These people were all individually fined on the spot.. Am i missing something? I fly the American and Canadian flags in my yard here in Canada and I dont get fined..

I think I have figured it out. Not 100% sure as of yet though. I have my computer plugged into a surge protector with battery back up so my computer was acting like a laptop running on battery instead of plugged in so when I went into the advanced power options the "suspend USB" was enabled so I disable it so that it wont suspend USB power. I shall see if this was this issue.. Seems to be working fine right now. But I havent shut down and restarted yet to see if power is still there at the USB.

It was purchased with windows 8 preloaded, if i had a choice i would burn windows 8 and go back to 7. I bought a new computer which is great so far. The issue I am having is with the front USB ports. I have 6 ports in the back, 2 of which are USB 3.0 and 4 of which are 2.0 and I have 2 in the front that are 3.0. No issue with the back ones but the front ones are giving me grief. I only use the front ones for my Joystick and for my headphones. When i shut my computer off and later turn it back on again nothing works in the front ports, its like they are shut off. So I unplug everything plugged into them, then restart my computer and plug everything back in and they work fine. Next time I shut down and restart I get the joys of doing it all over again. This never happens with the back ones though. Any idea why this is happening and how I can stop it from occurring? Running windows 8

Wow, thats horrible. We get them here in small doses, not "yet" anything severe. Bigger ones more so north in the Edmonton area. I have never lived through one but cannot imagine the sheer terror being in the midst of one. My heart goes out to those who have to go through them. One minute life's good and the next minute all you've worked for is destroyed. Never mind the lose of life, tragic to say the least..

I didnt know Target actually opened in Canada. I know they bought out our local Zellers Store and then closed it but never opened a Target location. Thought this was nation wide but I guess not. And after your story I hope the never do. Shame on them. ALL Veterans from all countries I believe deserve respect for putting there lives on the line to fight for the cause/belief & most importantly, our freedom and our childrens future.!! No offence to our southern Neighbors but i truly wish American companies weren't allowed to open doors in this country. Especially big box stores that force the small mom and pop stores to close. homo DEPOT, really LOWES & off TARGET, Walmart, Just to name a few. Ive seen some many people lose everything they've worked for for generations all vanish because of these stores.

Nice bass Anyone have any cool fish stories? I once caught an almost 5 foot pike. Never knew they got that big. Had no camera for proof and no scale to weigh it but was tough to get into the boat. Had to estimate its length to. It must have been an old fish to get that size. I hate eating fish so im a catch and release fisherman. Always wanted to fish the open sea and plan on doing that in the coming year.. But i love hearing fishing stories so due tell..

Yes, this is where i currently reside. Beautiful scenery only an hour drive from the rockies but truly a really boring city to live in. lol
