RickJames - Guests and Members Please Read It has been brought too the attention of some of the admin team that there is issues of personal attacks going on. This issue came to light because of other MW3 servers out there running fast ranking servers. The issue here is even though we will no longer support MW3 does not mean that clan members and or guests that play on our other servers and supported games can attack other members or guests because they are still playing MW3 on other servers that have this fast ranking system. As it stands right now these servers are out there for anyone too use. Now you may not agree with these servers which is fine, but do not sit there and start calling people hacks, pussy's, or state your opinions to these guests or members that utilize these servers. Like I said even though we don't support these servers nomore does not mean you as a member wearing tags or a regular guest on our servers should start attacking others because of utilizing the rank up servers in MW3. This is considered a Personal Attack and can be treated as such. Everyone has opinions on people but we are all mostly adults here and should keep some of those comments to ourselves. Hey Guys.. I would like edit a old map-loadscreen for COD4. So I was searching for a tutorial and I found a lot of them.. In some forums I found this instruction: - unzip the map-.iwd - take the loadscreen_mp_xy.iwi (which you find in the image folder) - convert the loadscreen_mp_xy.iwi to loadscreen_mp_xy.dds - edit the .dds file with photoshop or something like this - save the edited file as .dds-file (with DXT5) - convert the .dds-file back to .iwi - put the file in to the image folder and zip it back in to the map-.iwd Is this solution working?? I try it, but if I start the server (the server works with no probs) and connect to him, then the Game ends with an error. Need I use the COD4-tool?? Thx for help...

Hey guys, I have set up some server for a LAN-Party with friends. They work without problems. Now my question. How I can make the gameplay a littel bit faster? (faster sprint/run) How I can increase the jump height? ( Not with the gravitation!) I tryed it with changes in the server.cfg. But the jump_height-command is protectet. Has somebody other consol-commands for me? THX......

You have a mapping forum??!!! And i can't see it... OOOHHHHHHHHHH Now I can convert the file into .iwi but it doesn't work (COD4). So iI try now DXT5. Is it right??

The files are all in one folder. That wasn't the problem. Now I have it. I didn't choose a compression when I save the file with gimp, that was the failure. Now I choose "BC1 / DXT1" as compression ..... and it works... Anyway... Thanks for your help..

Hallo guys. I need help. I was convert a .iwi-file in to a .dds-file with iwi2dds.exe. Then I changed something with gimp and save the file in .dds-format. Now I will convert the .dds-file in to a .iwi-file. I use the dds-converter (dds2iwi.exe) but nothing happens. What is wrong? Can anybody help me?

Tach Hellboy.. Ich habe das selbe Problem. Wie schon gesagt wurde, klappt es manchmal mit dem neustart.. Aber leider nicht immer Beim Downloader ist besteht das Problem, das nicht immer alle Maps geladen werden können. Die neuen Maps werden erst zum Download bereitgestellt wenn sie ohne Probleme ein paar Tage gelaufen sind.. Also bleibt wahrscheinlich nur die Möglichkeit über den Redirect zu ziehen.. Schönen Tach noch.. Bis demnächst beim ACEmod

Thanks for the answers.. Normally we don't have an internet connection while the LAN-Party. The download starts normal, only the speed is too slow.

Hallo, how I can increase the download rate? When I start a server and some friends connect to my server ( we use a 100Mbits-switch) is the rate of a map download road by 10kb/sec. THX

Hallo, I understand both opinions. Why you don't show, after a warning or two, the Position of the camper( who camps more then XXXsec.) on the HUD? I saw that on an other Server, and i think it was a good idea.
