Please know I do NOT think that. You rock! Took me a few weeks to reply, because I wanted some smoke to clear. This original post was just me seeing if I could put my foot in the door and communicate. I understand how it must've come across now and hope that the true intention is revealed as it was originally intended. I'm a jackass. Hear me meow? In my lookings-arounds in these here forums, I haven't seen anyone say anything bad about you J3st3r and I have nothing bad to type. I've learned to listen to multiple news sources. Without being able to see things from multiple sides, such as in this forum, I think I'd miss some important facts. I can use the Google search bar, but I'm not going to see some of the real life experiences that I read here. I appreciate some facts you put here Pete. Thank you. Without the initial post, cause and effect, I may never have known them.

There's sometimes talk about Universal healthcare over here that i THOUGHT was a good idea, till your reality shows it to be a possible nightmare. We all over pay for health care here or you pay extra at tax time for not being able to prove you have paid for some. Unless your poor, then you get it for free, but there are some limits I think... @ my factory we got (self-sic (to avoid Timmah! grandma police)tm*ah!) rules against masks with too long "lanyards"?...what do they call them...leashes?...? They get caught in a machine and you're pulled in. Makes sense, I don't use a "chainy-connector-thinger", but my point is I'm just not used to thinking that way even after a year+ I steam up a face shield more with a mask on. Just me? My breath comes more out the top, over my nose, in my eye ball vision areas. I'm not crying for real, just seems that way. I'm all for not getting other people sick and wear a mask around other people, since I'm around enough people to catch and carry, but I suppose I'm lamenting about certain situational rules...<edit>, but yeah, I hear they may want us "Pfizer folks" to get a 3rd shot, since they don't hurt us and they get paid either way? Let me know if I should pm my conspiracy theories before I present them. I feel safer in public a month after my 2nd shot anyhow..... While the gas stations are out of fuel due to hackers I look like a bandit with my black mask and dark sunglasses, not a glimmer of skin above my neck, surprised they sell me anything....but they probably think I look pretty cool

I've put worse things in me than the 2 shots of Pfizer. Diet Pepsi even. Irony for me is I never trusted the company before (Pfizer). I was also ignorant to the contents until the moment I signed the release form. I had assumed (without asking) that the vaccine carried a bit of COVID in it....shea, not right, I know....then. The nurse gave me advice: Move your arm. Drink lots of water/stay hydrated..one of the two. The advice didn't come without asking, but I was grateful for it. Had a sore arm for a day-point-five, but I don't think anything else bad will come. Sorta pissed that I still don't feel like shaking hands is normal. I'm IMMUNE! Right? I miss humanity and this situation has caused division in my own family. Bah. Hold on, I think I'm receiving a message...wait no that's normal.

I retreat! This wasn't supposed to be a 2nd ban appeal thread. I was just saying nice things about the server in the forums. I admit I thought if I made nice in here for awhile, you may eventually trust that I won't be a drunken fool on the server again, but I thought I'd start by admitting I like the rules first. I don't really know who I am typing to and not sure who was in the server when I was a clod. I was being a jackass when the ban(s) occurred. I tried to make other people laugh. I honestly don't remember the 2nd ban happening. That's no excuse it is an admission of failure to drink less. I drink less these days. Man I'm sorry. I'm done bothering you.

Hello WldPenguin, Would it be possible to reopen my appeal on the basis that the admin team has never received a complaint about me? Roxy had stated: if the admin team receive another complaint about this kind of behave we will considerate a permanent ban from our server. It is my opinion that we have a situation here in which 1 person (Roxy) thought I was "misbehaving", but I fear it was a misunderstanding of some sort. Is there any possibility of a language barrier in this situation? If you were me at the time of the 2nd ban, which happened mid-game, I feel you would have been surprised as I was when it occurred, without warning, and without breaking server rules. Could it be a case of mistaken identity? I learn from my mistakes and do not tend to repeat "bad behavior". Not sure if it matters that at 45 yrs. old, I consider myself mature and unlikely to "misbehave". If the ban must stay in place, may I please know the reason for the 2nd ban, because I was only able to guess when answering this question for my ban appeal here, "Why do you think you were banned?:" A thought....if possible...if my bans end up both being voice-chat related could allowing me to play on the server without voice chat be an option? I have no desire to put myself in this situation again and it seems it could be avoided if I don't use chat.

I believe there are many veteran players on this server and I think the admin that banned me may have thought I was being naughty or not giving good plans, but I assure you I was trying. If you please unban me I will listen to chat before trying to voice plans in chat. I don't mean for just a game, but for as long as it takes for me to assimilate. I would like to better learn the ways of the server before inserting myself in chat so quickly. I think it came off as strange that a "stranger" would log in and act like they've been around for a long time, by talking to people as if "familiar". Again, I am sorry. Thank you Roxy! I appreciate the second chance and find you being more than fair. I feel bad now knowing that some people left the server on my account. My recollection is that I was compliant once I understood the request, but that my compliance likely took too long, and was verbal, and therefore was not an immediate cease fire of pushing to talk. I admit it may have taken me a little longer to get the message at first. Many of us gamers have played on many servers and by the time I caught on that this one was "legit" (with good admins, attendance, regulars, and rules, etc..), it was too late for me. I promise that I do not go onto servers offering up disrespect. Quite the opposite in fact. I aim to promote fun and comply with rules when requested. I suppose my point is just that it took me too long to realize the requests were "real". Also, I may have been a bit too excited to hear human voices on a populated COD4 server. I am sorry if I was a nuisance. I am an adult and capable of following easy instructions and will do a better job going forward if given another chance. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
