Welcome back. You need to PM an admin explaining why you dropped your tags, etc and ask for reinstatement... so that the process can begin to regain your tags.

I'm not sure which game you were in with this happened, I know slow fry plays more than one game. I'm sorry you have had this experience with him. As the others have said, he is harmless. He likes his smoke and goes on rants. He is not personally attacking anyone when he does this. My advice is don't let him keep you from playing, just mute him as many others have done. If you continue to have problems with him, contact a game admin.
