I can't believe I just watched the whole damn thing...why????

I am baffeled! My mic works great for everything until I start playing COD4. It even worked right up until we started playing and then as I am trying to talk in game it sounds like crap (so I am told). I have tried everything, including trying a different mic, and still the same old crappy sound. Any ideas anyone?

I agree! Can we get rid of it?

It is happening in Ftag 1, MW Ftag, the Ftag/Ctf and FTag/Ctf tourney server. It happened yesterday as we were playing ot tourney match, thankfully it did not hurt us in the final result. I don't think it is a server problem, I think it is at my end but I am at my wit's end trying to figure it out.

A week ago my computer died and a new hard drive hard to be put in. Ever since then I am getting really bad lags/cis in game. They last for 5-10 seconds, and my fps goes from over 100 to less than 10. I have tried everything I know, and I am getting very frustrated. I don't think a new hard drive should not be causing this problem but can't figure out what is. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated. I forgot to mention that these happen every 5-10 minutes.

Hard drive took a dump and it had to be replaced. Lost all my profiles and ranks. Anyway to get my ranks back besides playing for the next 4 months straight?

Just had a new hard drive installed, now I can't import my favorites into internet explorer. Keeps coming up with the error message of "Please enter a valid name". Any help is appreciated.

Darth, Vestal is about three hours south of me. I am in Webster NY right on the shore of Lake Ontario and we get an incredible amout of snow with Laek Effect Snows. We got four inches today and we have already had over 70 inches this winter and not a single snow day for the kids. We just drive right on through the stuff. Does help to have 4-wheel drive!

Steak Back in the late 1990's-2000 I played Delta Force online a lot and my handle was "SteakKnife" (I used the CQB perk a lot which allowed you to run very fast when armed with a knife). People were always referring to me as "Steak" for short when typing messages to me and I got so used to being called Steak that I decided to shorten it. It originally didn't have anything to do with meat. Steak - I remember playing with you back in DF1 and DFBHD. I was going by Barndog then. I was in a clan but due to old age and killing too many brain cells drinking I can not remember the damn name of it. We had a really cool website that had Springsteen "Born in the USA" playing on it.

When I was in college I scored with many women and my last name is Barnes, so my frat brothers called me the Horny Barndog. But that was too long for gaming so I shortened it down to BDog. My hometown friends now just call me Dogger.

So if I use the /+activate does that deactivate my use button? If it does I guess I might stay with the /+activate as I like to be able to aim at a teammate and dethaw without having to use the F key.

Have been playing freeze tag forever and have never been able to use the F key, or any other key, to stop from having to watch the whole kill cam. Anyone have any ideas? I have reassigned the key numerous times, made it different keys, and even made love to the keyboard but nothing has ever helped. Help please! Thanks in advance!
