its already in your windows run / msconfig really we have to stop loading all this fanchy shit on to your machine. So here's the kicker it stops or helps you stop programs from starting on boot up. Well it loads and runs on boot up as well as runs a scan to see whats running. So now we stop it or do we let it run. Get off the thing a hamster runs on. This is perty but the same as everything else bloat ware. Get a book on what ever windows you decided to run and read it. GRRRRRR -

Well not a crysis map maker but what i would try is removing them from your map and compile it again. Do you compile maps in sandbox ?

You have to try a few different things to narow down the issue. Try playing with no mic pluged in. No team speak runing. Something like turn on one thing then turn it off and try the next think till you get the error. It will be the cause of your issue. Sherlock says this is so. Then rty using the generic sound driver for your sound.

I agree with the video card great choice. For a power supply you could get away with a 500 watt with out any issues. Your not running anything in your box that needs much juice. There's lots in th e50 buck range. And you will need a power supply yours is 250 watts you'd kill it quick with a newer vid card.
