heya BB, no secrets dear, Just watching what I eat and a bit of walking. I eat breakfast lunch and dinner now, ad lots of snacks between of fruit and veggies. I try to keep my calories around 2000 a day. I avoid bread like the plague, haev a couple pieces a month. I eat alot of chicken breast. Love chicken! I dont do fast food anymore, and i dont do goodies. After the 1st month and seeing results I dont miss the junk at all! I eat more now than I ever did in my life. After about 5 months of just better eating I was down 60 lbs and started doing 1 hour of mall walking on my days off. I work 4 on 4 off, so i would get 4 days of walking in a row then dont walk while I work (I work 12 hours shifts, not much time for anything on work days) And lots of rock and roll! Bunch of concerts rocking out in the pit burns a shit ton of calories LOL. Basically you need to find something to emerse yourself in and goals to strive for. And when you do reach a goal, dont celibrate with food. alot of people are like YAY I hit 50lbs down, lets go crush a buffet all you can eat, ill get back on the track tomorrrow! That is where alot of people slip, they dont get back on track. Reward yourself with a new top, go take a nice hike and just relish in what you have accomplished. And dont get discouraged! I have had MANY weeks where I stayed the same weight or even went up a pound and I was like "what the fuck, i didnt eat anything different, no way that should happen" It does happen though, ya need to get through those weeks knowing its just your body changing and getting used to all this new shit going on. I was VERY detirmined and always have been when I set my mind to something, and its all cool having people notice the weight loss, friends and family and even everyone here, but the ones that really get me and get my eyes watering are when my 12 year old son hugs me out of the blue saying he is so proud of the changes I have made.... or my daughter yelling in glee the first time she hugged me and her fingers touched! Those are the moments I look for and hang onto when things get tough, and lord knows they get tough some weeks!

Its because of stuff like what the radio station has done, the words from my favorite band, family support at home AND all of you here that make sharing my journey that much more special for me. It makes me strive for the next goal to share! That will be at the end of the month when I go and take a horseback riding lesson with my daughter! Neither of us has ever been on a horse and she saw me share the weight loss moment of going to the amusement park with my son and wants to have a moment with me also. Looking forward to that!! I get CBD weed through my dispensary for my circulation and knee pain. The one strain I get (Pennywise) has about 12% cbd. It is great for pain and infamation. There have been many documented cases of CBD oils greatly helping in cancer patients, including a few cases PROVEN where years of treatment didnt help a patient, and after doing CBD treatments the tumors shrinking and some even disapearing. The oils are obviously a lot higher concentrate that the smokables I get. They also have the oils where I go, but i prefer a buzz WITH my pain killing weed LOL. I know pure CBD's dont give you any of the effects weed does. It is the pure medicinal part of weed. So, most of yas know I am on a weight loss journey, those who dont, Well, I am on a weight loss journey LOL. Most also know my love for a Canadian Rock band Monster Truck and my love of radio and radio contests and shit like that. Well my favorite radio station was having the guitarist of my favorite band in as a co-host for the day yesterday. They set it up so I could come down, hang out for a couple hours, go on air talking weight loss and rock and roll and how I have infused the two to make my journey fun. I am typing this with the boner I still have from yesterday!! Jer (the guitarist of Monster Truck) was so fucking cool about it, the morning show host called him the night before to make sure it was alright. Jer knows what a huge fan I am, so he hooked me up with their latest album signed by all members of the band and some guitar picks, the guitar picks are not even for sale as of yet!!! There is 1 personalized pick for each member of the band, only they and friends/family of the band have them! To top it all off, as I am leaving, Jer asks me if I could drop him off downtown at the bands Jam Space.... so here I am, cruising downtown Hamilton Ontario, guitarist of my fav rock band in the front seat beside me. Can life get any better?????? Fuck me what a whirlwind day! The generosity of the band and the radio station left me with tears in my eyes as I drove home, to look out for 1 fan and hook him up like that? fucking amazing!!!! Dont Fuck With The Truck!!!!! Heya's, I know we have someone here in the clan that can help me out. As a lot of you know, I have made some major life changes. 8 months ago started eating different and doing a bit of exercise and shit, im a cheeseburger away from 100 lbs lost in just under 8 months. I am looking for someone to help me out designing and obtaining a website. I have no idea what is involved as I am completely dumb when it comes to those things. Looking to purchase a domain name if it is not too expensive and have someone help me out with getting a website up and going. Basic website, will have some write ups by me about my journey, eating habits, exercises, goals and whatnot and a bunch of pictures of me along the way with the changes and getting to do things I never would have been able to if I was so large still. Maybe toss some music up on it from the band that has inspired and encouraged this lifestyle change. I hope by doing this, maybe it can help someone else who was sitting where I was.... 400 lbs, thinking this was all life had left for me, thinking it is just the way the cookie, cake, donut, cupcake and jos lois crumble! Well that aint the way and hopefully people seeing my changes will find the heart and courage to get up and get out and make some changes. I would love to somehow obtain the domain www.itstartedwithajersey.com My whole story and journey started with a jersey of my favorite band that I bought 3 years ago, got the largest size they made and it was too tight on me, Always said I would one day lose the weight to make it fit. Took a couple years to get started but I did it. jersey fits and I take a picture and have every month since the 1st day I started wearing the Jersey and send it to the band and they send back words of encouragement and support. Any info or help I can get from people here would be amazing, Like I said, i dont know cost, effort needed. Would like the ability to update it with pictures and stories as my journey continues. Would like to go live with the website at my 1 year mark which is October 27th so that gives a little over 4 months to get it all organized, is it possible?. Out fishing last week with a couple buddies, 20 minutes on the lake, have had 3 strikes and my buddy has a nice little 3 lb pike on the line. Fishing spinner baits, pike love these fuckers up here.He gets it into side of boat, im still reeling in a cast, tell other buddy to grab net, my friend with the fish on says no its good ill just unhook him. Lifts the head of fish with the rod and line tension and reaches to grab the lure, the pike, WELL know for head shakes when caught (he knows this, drugs MAY have been involved.... ok.... we were high) so the lure lets go, the rod no longer has tension, it snaps up like a catapult and this is what happens...... If you look closely at this one you can see the tip of the hook between his fingers, yes, he pierced his whole hand! Remember my friends, ALWAYS use the fucking net!!! We tried to push it through, it was in there good and caught, off to emerg we went.

Got to hit up my favorite band Monster Truck one more time the other night. Road tripped over 2 hours to see them this time, got there early, 2nd people in line! Got front row center and held on for the fucking ride! The opening act was a local band called Steel Train Rollers, they were pretty damn good and their drummer rocked the fuck outta his kit so hard he cracked his cymbal. They finished off, stage got cleared, and on came the fucking Truck! For the next hour and a half they rocked the fuck out. The boys in the band all know me by sight now and they all support my weight loss journey, their latest Album and Tour are called Sittin Heavy, so as I have been loosing weight I have been tweeting them pics of myself wearing their shirts as they get looser and looser on me and I tag my pics Sittin Lighter, they send out words of encouragement to me and egg me on! So, now how the night became so fucking epic. about 3 songs into their Set the lead guitarist Jeremy hops up on the railing right infront of me rocked a solo then reached down grabbed my hand and gave me a "Great to fucking see ya brother" BAM!!! Fanboys night is on fire!! Yes Im a fanboy, I love it too, seen these dirty bastards 16 times now!! So Im high on weed and high on life at this point, next song Im rocking the fuck out, devil horns up and head banging away, look over at the keyboardist Brandon, he gives me a huge smile and points at me nodding his head. BAMMMM!!! Im high on life at this point!! I am rocking the fuck out, there is 8 of us all on the rail front center that are all huge fans and have met throughout the shows over the last 2 years and we hook up for shows whenever we can and yes we all call ourselves fanboys LOL.So we are loving life, rocking out, its a couple songs later and Im rocking, The drummer locks eyes with me this time, huge smile, nods, points a drum stick at me and launches into a killer drum roll. Boys around me all in shock at this point, the fucking bands all over acknowledging me all night long, they are super jealous and on comes the coup de grats! Its encore time! They come back out and rock out 2 more songs. Finish off, crowd goes nuts, everyone hollering DONT FUCK WITH THE TRUCK!!! Cool Steve (The drummer) stands up with his drum sticks in hand, every other show I have been to He fires em off into the crowd, everyone starts yelling STEVE STEVE OVER HERE!!!! He shakes his head no, stands up, walks over to the edge of the stage and puts the stick right into my hand!!! FUCK YEAH MOTHER FUCKERS!!!!! Night has been made, I got wood!! Literally!! Boys were all over me, was like the fucking show was just for me!! Unreal night, one that for sure is going down in the History Books for me!! If ya havnt looked them up yet FUCKING DO IT!!!! Monster Trucks the band, face melting guitar riffs and soulfull singing is the plan! Here is a couple pics from the show! As many of you know, I have been working hard at losing some weight since the end of October. I had 2 HUGE weight loss moments I need to share with all my family here. When I started this journey I was 390lbs, ya, a fat fucker, LOL. The 1st huge moment of the week was my daughter hugging me from behind and exclaiming in shock that her fingers now touch!! The second big moment came this morning after my morning poop!!! I honestly dont remember the last time I saw a 2 at the front of my weight, I am not afraid to admit that I stood on the scale and shed a legit tear when I saw this!! I still have a bit to go, I am 6'1 so If i could get to 240 I would be VERY happy!!! Going strong and will be there soon enough!!!
