It is a custom guitar. ASG (Artist Series Group) The Walking Dead series. 1 of 215 made. People think I am crazy to play it, I think putting a guitar on the wall is crazy, they were ment to be heard and played and every guitar has a story to tell!!

Did up a new guitar video while pretty high yesterday for 4:20!! What better way to spend 420 than getting high and playing guitar!!! This has been a tough one for me and taken a while to put together something I consider good enough to put out there for people to see. Hope ya enjoy! Cheers!

Ok, things are starting to get opened in Niagara for tourist season here soon. What types of things are people going to be interested in? Alot of things are just go and do without reservations. Clifton Hill with all the haunted Houses and Museums and The Casino and everything can all be on the fly. I know though that somethings I am going to have to look into booking for us because its such a large group. Going to need some input into what ye all are looking to doing. There is the Zipline along fallsview just got going, will have to book timeslots if interested. There is an Escape Room which would also need to be booked. Things like The Maid Of The Mist boat ride we could probably get group discounts and may be best to book time for that also. I am also aware lots are bringing their families and whatnot as a vacation and going off doing your own things, please noone feel pressured or anything into HAVING to do anything at all, just looking for a feel of what people are going to want to do. I know alot like shooting guns, closest Canadian gun range is about an hours drive and they have the only 50cal in Ontario to shoot, but I am sure there is somewhere even closer right over the border for the gun people. So people, get googling Niagara Falls and toss some ideas and I can try to get a few group events organized, the rest of the time ye on your own!! LOL Aheeemmm... not meaning to nag or bug, but if I could please get the ability to edit the original post again I can add in people still waiting to get on the list and edit for events and such please or @Ruggerxi or whomever does that! Things are just starting to open up there and get going. Alot of the attractions close down over winter. Going to be calling around making inquiries soon. And or Rooger whomever can, I still needs to be able to edit this post to add people and events!!!!

Finished off my half sleeve yesterday in dedication to my weight loss and the rock and roll band that has been supporting me throughout the journey Monster Truck. 5 last hours of ink and it is complete!! Notice the license plate? 390... how much I weighed when I started my weight loss journey. Down to 245lbs now!!!

To those across the pond, my all time favorite band is on tour in your area! They are a hard rocking Canadian Band called Monster Truck, they are touring the UK, France and Germany RIGHT NOW!! If ya got a couple extra bucks in your pocket these guys are worth seeing, they are like ACDC with a kick. They are doing a short headliner tour of their own then going on tour with Deep Purple for Deep Purple's farewell tour. Saw it with the wifey on Sunday, LOVED IT!!! and what an amazing soundtrack!! Black Sabbath, CCR, The Hollies, The Stooges, The Doors, Jefferson Airplane to name a few I remember off the top of my head, I was be-bopping and air guitaring in my seat most of the movie!

Im probably one of the biggest pot heads in the clan next to Ripple.... I have no less than 4 strains on the go at a time and a few flavours of shatter. I smoke the shit like a chimney, but I dont munch afterwards, atleast not often LOL, and yes I do pizza, but I make my own now on pitas and load em with veggies and shit!

Eating 3 square meals a day AT PROPER TIMES, hardly any bread at all, rarely any sweets (I have fruits to edge off the sweet tooth urges and rice cakes to edge off the crunching urges) I dont eat after 8pm and I walk 1 hour a day.... 145 lbs lost in 16 months

The non scale moments are the ones that are the fucking best now. The scale does not move as much as it used to in my journey as I reach closer to my goals but my body is still changing as I exercise a bit and get more and more mobile! Next spring my plan is to run a 5km race to raise money for the Y108 Childrens Fund (the station I win all my concert tickets and shit from and who have been supporting my weight loss journey all along) and awareness that it is never too late to battle obesity! First pic is of the belt I am retiring, has held my pants up throughout this journey and has taken a fuck of a beating and I have poked too many holes in it it is loosing all integrity LOL. I started at hole #2 at the 13 inch mark. 13 inches of waist and belt lost so far. size 50-54 depending on the pants down to a 36!! The belt has done its job and is being put to rest! Next two pics are pics of my daughter hugging me from behind about 6 or so months ago versus yesterday! The first time she did it 6 months back she was amazed and I cried as she said to me "Daddy!!!! My Fingers Can Touch! I can give you real hugs now!!!!" Those are the moments that have made this journey so amazing!!!

Got guestlisted by the guitarist of my favorite band Monster Truck for a show last night. 1st time the band has played the ACC (where the Toronto Maple Leafs and Raptors play) HUGE venue. And I was front fucking row!!!!

Have had that same hoop since was a Xmas gift from my daughter ( from my wife) on her 1st Christmas.... has not been out of my ear since that morning 11 years ago and wont until the day I die!
