This is about a 15 minute drive from the hotel area Hornblower/ Maid Of the Mist Boat Tour https://www.niagaracruises.com/tour-options If there is interest of 20 or more people they do a Group Rate, if not then it is just a go and do type thing. Its about a 20 minute boat ride right down in the river close to the base of the falls. I have been on it and if you have never done it it is a staple tourist thing to do. There are many different packages you can get with a tour behind the falls and everything. May be more of an individual family time thing if not enough interest Casinos There are 2 Casinos in the Niagara area. One right downtown by Clifton hill about a 5 minute walk from the main XI hotel. and the newer one up the hill, 30 minute walk or if i remember correctly they have a shuttle you can get a cheap day pass to go back and forth from the 2 casinos, I will look into it a bit more on my days off. I know both have a fairly cheap and actually not too bad buffet, not lobster and steak, but sustainable food that aint gonna kill ya LOL. Remember though, ALL CASINOS HOTELS BUILDINGS HELL EVEN PHONE BOOTHS ARE SMOKE FREE THIS SIDE OF THE BORDER!!!

Ok, so Most know I do radio contests all the time. Most of the announcers know me by voice when I call, One such announcer (they dont like being called DJ's I have learned, DJ's work at clubs) Craig Fee, has a daily contest between 3-4pm that he comes up with some weird poll type question like "5 of 6 Canadian women like "this" before bed" type thing, has callers call in with answers and shit till he gets the right one, sometimes people start calling in before he has even given the question and he puts them on the spot on air. One such thing happened today, only it was a Rogers communication (#1 Cable and Internet dealer in our area) dude offering him better internet and homephone deals. He starts trolling the dude, dude doesnt know he is live on air on the radio, thinks he has dialed a regular landline. The announcer trolls him for a good 5 minutes then says he is going to loop in someone else, I had been calling and had a line ringing, it happened to be mine he goes to. I start telling him he can get a better deal, he recognizes my voice and introduces me as his boyfriend. I am all in at this point and we have a blast with this guy, at the end of the 12 minutes, the Rogers communications rep calls us "fucking assholes" and hangs up!!! We could have this fuckers job if we wanted! Instead, we got what they call "Radio gold"! Its a bit long, 12 minutes, but worth it for the Fucking Assholes at the end!!! Ever wonder what over 500lbs lost looks like? Between my brother Sister and I we have collectivly lost OVER 500lbs of fat in the last 2 years. My Brother was the largest, he started 1st, well My sister started years ago and lost a shit load but put a bunch back on, but this go around my brother started, then I started not even knowing he was losing weight, we both showed up at a family function, him down about 70lbs at the time me down about 40, then my sister joined in again and started her journey once more. My parents also just recently started losing weight and are about 80lbs lost between them! Between the 5 of us we are over 600lbs lost. A family that gets fat together loses the weight together!!!! My sister wants to try to get us all on Ellen or something once we all reach goal. Ya often hear of people losing huge amounts of weight, but how often do you hear of a whole family binding together and losing such a huge amount of weight? I wish I had a before picture of us all at our largest, but understandably we were into all that keen on getting our pics taken at our largest, so you will have to settle for this, the Murphy kids at over 500lbs lost!!

No secret bro, 3 healthy meals a day, lots of veggies, hardly no breads at all, cut back my portion size and mall walk 1 hour a day. Never even looked at a gym or a treadmill or a wrap or a diet protein shake. I NEEDED to be able to do it using the foods my family normally eats. Just less of it and adding in a few veggies and shit, did not want any "Lose weight with our special recipe and wraps" style bullshit. Just wanted to do it healthy and naturally

I dont think ya cheat, like many before you, you exploit features of the game in graphics, and you choose your camping spots quite well. Not cheating, douche baggy??? yes of course, but not cheating. People need to suck it up and tube and nade your spots, you always in same ones, its quite easy LOL. For the record, my game graphics set up is the exact same way as it came out of the box, i dont need to tweak shit to kick your ass!!! LOL
