Good for you Cavey and after all that you got the woman of your dreams. I just hope that i,m as strong as you for getting through this as i know its going to be hard for me.

Your just like my mum Hackeklaus as she has diabetes as well and she has just stopped smoking lastweek so i though to myself that i would join her and make it easy for the both of us when were togeather in company as she is 64 and she has been smoking since she was 18 so its going to be hard for her as well as me.

I bet you all thought i was leaving the clan Hehehe NOT this is my first day of stopping smoking and i know its going tobe really hard for me as i,v been smoking for 24 years and i know many of you have smoked alot longer than that but i got up yesterday and i thought to myself thats it so i finished my last fag this safternoon and put a patch on and that lasts for 24 hours then all i have to do is keep that on alnight and get up in the morning and put a new 1 on.So i want all my family at XI to keep there fingers crossed for me that i can do this and if anyone has any points for me to get though this that would be a great help as this is going to be really hard for me as i smoke when i get up,after my tea and in game so its going to be hard anyway to all that pick on me when killing my in game you will just have to be nice to me for a while untill i get through the tuff part which takes about a week or 2.
