hmmmm well we had one illegal here in wyoming once and ...... lol seriously, living here we don't have a problem that I'm aware of so it's hard for me to imagine what it's like in Arizona or Texas or wherever but from what I've read of the Arizona law the police still have to have a reason to pull you over to ask for identification so I don't really see what the big deal is. I've never been one to trust the system and I have no faith in so called authority figures but I do believe that the STATES should do as they see fit to protect themselves because you know damn well the fed won't do it. Too many people believe what they hear from the MSM instead of doing more research and making their own decisions. I'm more concerned about the rights that are being taken from us then what ?rights? are being taken from the illegals. Homeland security, the TSA, the Patriot Act.... don't even get me started. If congress just had an ounce (no pun intended) of common sense things wouldn't be so screwed up right now. And Chkn you make some very good points..... now come and thaw me!
