    I have followed the story for years. I have heard two radio interviews with the family and I have read the book. It's good stuff. I recommend the book for the information it contains. It was written by the mother and she is not a professional writer. It would have been nice to have some better editing, however the meat of the story is excellent. It is just a chore to get to it in the book. As I recall it took about 5 chapters to get the meat of the story. Lot's of repetition in the first part of the book. However, the story itself is very good.

    Played the beta today. I found it underwhelming. Hotwire is just driving around in circles. The bank heist is confusing. The choice of weapons is extremely limiting. Over all I find it boring. Oh ya, and no Tanks!!!! Also I don't like the idea of promoting killing cops. It seems more suitable to 15 year olds. Kind of a rip off of GTA. I'm going back to BF 4.

    I walked out of the movie after 30 min. It was terrible and not realistic. Once I saw PAK 40 anti tank rounds bouncing off of Fury I left. The PAK 40 had no problems penetrating any allied tank, except some of the heavy Russian ones. The acting was way melodramatic. The Germans were made to look inept at taking out tanks, which they weren't. They were very, very good at it. The whole thing was a sad and very poor effort. Here is a video of the PAK 40. This was taken at the shooting range where I learned to shoot.
